Fees
Sessions are $245 for 50 minutes for general mental health intervention for children and adolescents along with Eating Disorder Psychological Treatment.
Family Therapy sessions lasting between 90 - 120 minutes required for meal sessions in Eating Disorder Intervention are charged at $490.
We accept NDIS self-managed participants and fees are charged as above with an additional cost of $490 for the yearly report. Emails and day to day correspondence do not attract further rates.
Payment is due at the end of each session. This fee also covers any GP/Medicare required letters. All other reports/letters attract a fee.
We provide both face to face and telehealth sessions.
Medicare Rebates
Medicare rebates apply with a written referral from a General Practitioner, Psychiatrist or Paediatrician. The rebate is $93.35 per session for up to 10 sessions per year. You are required to obtain a review referral, usually after the first 6 sessions.
If you are under an Eating Disorder Management Plan, you can access a rebate for up to 40 sessions per calendar year with reviews from your GP and Psychiatrist to ensure appropriate intensity of treatment.
Cancellation Policy
A 48 hour cancellation fee applies. Cancellations made within 48 hours and non-attendances will incur the full fee. Please give 48 hours notice to avoid cancellation fees. Medicare rebates do not apply for these charges.
If, for some reason you need to postpone the appointment, please give us at required notice to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations can be made by contacting us on 0401 816 730 or emailing admin@allinpsychology.com.au.
